Mission: Bringing women from all walks of life together for the edifying of God's Kingdom through life, love and laughter.
Bringing women of all walks of life together for a time of fellowship and encouragement. We envisioned a day of birthing talents, creativity and confidence. Ebony Ashley Butler a local artist in South Carolina helped the women "push". Ebony, had a room full of women of all ages with no previous experience with a paint brush. So, the sisters gathered that day, created their very first "masterpiece". Step by step Ebony our art teacher of the day coached the women in pushing pass inadequacies of no experience and creativity. As you can see in the photo, we all gave birth to something we had NO idea or confidence we could do. Look at those smiles!
The experience did not end there, the women also surprisingly exchanged their "master piece" along with the inspiration behind the design and colors. Their personal stories of overcoming, lost of love ones, spiritual growth and past hurt. Filled the atmosphere with tears, laughter, joy and above all a sisterhood. This was an amazing day one that is worth sharing once again. SIC will be hosting another Women’s fellowship " I Am Priceless" Celebrating the whole woman; body, spirit, and soul on November 12, 2016 venue to be announced. Mark your calendars!
