THE DAY OF ATONEMENT
We are entering God’s Most Holy season with specific instructions to honor God as He requires! PLEASE do not be deceived by men and women called by His name, requesting your "best financial seed" this IS NOT what the LORD require on this day. Leviticus 23:26-27, And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Also the tenth day of this seventh month shall be a Day of Atonement. It shall be a holy convocation for you; you shall afflict your soul and offer an offering made by fire to the LORD. The offering made by fire IS NOT money, currency, checks, or vows. It was the required Old Testament offering of the LORD for atonement, live stock without blemish. Praise be to God!, Jesus is your High Priest and perfect sacrifice...the Lamb of God. Do not be deceived nor robbed! The request/calling for your best financial seed to go before the Father and pray or come in agreement with you regarding something you supernaturally believing God for is doctrinal error, false teachings and wolves in sheep clothing exposed!
If you have been pursuing God and asking for a supernatural change in your life, GOD INSTITUTED this day for you! Today is your opportunity to participate in one of God’s most life-changing, miracle-working seasons of the year. "DAY OF ATONEMENT". God commanded His people to honor these “holy days” forever: “This shall be an everlasting statute for you to make atonement” (Lev 16:34). “these are the LORD’s appointed festivals, the official days for holy assembly that are to be celebrated at their proper times each year” (Leviticus 23:4 NLT).The Feasts of God are separated into 2 categories: Spring and Fall. We are entering the Fall Feasts of the Lord that include the “Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashana),” which is October 3rd , “The Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur),” OCTOBER 12th, and “The Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot),” which this year is from October 16th – 23rd.
God requires us to COME NOW to His holiest day, the DAY OF ATONEMENT, or Yom Kippur, is God’s biblical holy day that He established on Israel’s calendar as a covenant of repentance and promise.The Day of Atonement is a divine appointment by God and is YOUR personal opportunity to covenant with Him. It unveils the Lord’s intense desire for fellowship with YOU. It is your connection to His mercy seat and all that is provided by the atoning blood of Jesus. PRESENT YOURSELF AS A LIVING SACRIFICE HOLY & ACCEPTABLE, AFFLICTING YOUR SOUL; GIVING YOURSELF TO PRAYER, STUDY OF THE WORD AND FASTING.
Jesus took care of your place in eternity at Calvary that is secured by faith! The Day of Atonement is about your walk on the earth. The principles we implement in our walk with Christ determine the blessings and curses we are entitled to during our time here in the earth. Keeping the feasts of the Lord is a principle aligning us with patterns and blessings to be in pursuit of us. Through Jesus death, His blood made atonement a covenant of reconciliation and blessings. These blessings are for those who are obedient to His holiest day. Our obedience of repentance, prayer and fasting positions us for spiritual renewal, natural restoration, no shame (deliverance), infilling of His Spirit, closer relationship with God and divine direction.
Things to note, you will experience considerable tribulation and confusion the Day of Atonement. There is heightened natural and supernatural activity during this divine time that may seem totally against you. But I want to encourage you to remain faithful to the LORD's requirement today. Jesus remained faithful through His afflictions to usher in the promise and glory of God.
